Find the courage
to report.

I speak up

There are multiple forms of harassment and discrimination.

Harassment and discrimination come in many forms and levels. Don't be afraid to report
whatever type of harassment you have experienced.
Sexual Harassment

Unwanted or offensive sexual attention, suggestions, or talk, especially from an employer or other person in a position of power.

Bullying

The behaviour of a person who hurts or frightens someone smaller or less powerful, often forcing that person to do something they do not want to do.

Gender Discrimination

A situation in which someone is treated less well because of their sex, usually when a woman is treated less well than a man: The report will examine unequal pay as well as other types of gender discrimination in the workplace.

Gossip

Conversation or reports about other people's private lives that might be unkind, disapproving, or not true.

LGBTQ+ Discrimination

Harmful or unfair things a person does based on a fear or dislike of gay people or queer people (= people who do not fit a society’s traditional ideas about gender or sexuality).

Racial Discrimination

Unfair treatment of someone because of their race. Race as the idea that people can be divided into different groups based on physical characteristics that they are perceived to share such as skin colour, eye shape, etc., or the dividing of people in this way.

Religious Discrimination

Unfair treatment of someone because of their religion. Religion as a belief in and worship of a god or gods, or any such system of belief and worship.

We can only stop workplace
harassment and discrimination
by working together.

Coworkability mediates between employees and employers to have honest discussions about harassment within companies. We provide a safe place for employees where the is no risk to them and tools for companies to identify where they are at high risk for harassment.
For Employees
Help us by anonymously reporting your good and bad experiences for the companies you worked for. Most instances of harassment and bullying go unreported. This needs to change if want to stop harassment.
For Employers
Most workplace harassment goes unreported. We can help audit and validate the effectiveness of your internal HR systems. If you don't have anti-harassment procedures or reporting in place, our Coworkability Prevent platform can handle it all for you.
