Our mission is to change the narrative within reporters vs perpetrators, we want to educate the society on respect and kindness, we want to visualize the companies and organizations who allow discrimination and harassment, we want to protect the reporter with anonymous reporting and providing them the control of their identity against companies or perpetrators or other reporters, we want to provide support to reporters immediately after they reported their case, we want to support companies and organizations to better deal with cases of discrimination and harassment.

The Coworkability project's vision centers around the desire to unite individuals. This vision is materialized in the logo, symbolized by colorful circles which converge and overlap to form the letter C. Each circle represents a unique individual, emphasizing diversity and human uniqueness. The overlapping circles signify the connections formed through dialogue, which the project aims to promote. Ultimately, the letter C symbolizes the project's initiative to bring together diverse individuals, fostering strength and solidarity through unity.
